Types of Payment Accepted | We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®.

Insurance Plans | We participate with VSP  and Medicare. MVP, Vision Resources, Vision Service Plan (VSP), Blue Cross/Blue Shield (medical), CDPHP, For Medicare patients we will submit your claim for you electronically and you will be directly reimbursed by your medicare carrier. For those patients, for whom we do not accept assignment from their insurance companies, we will provide you with a super bill and assist you in filling out any forms that you may need to submit to your insurance company in order to obtain reimbursement. Most insurance companies will partially reimburse you for services with an out-of-network doctor.

Facilities and Equipment | FACILITIES: In addition to on street parking, we have parking lot located in the rear of the office. The office is also handicapped accessible, including handicapped parking and a ramp entrance.
EQUIPMENT: Our office has some of the latest in diagnostic instrumentation including including Digital Retinal Photography, Threshold Visual Fields, and an Automated Refractor/Keratometer, which allows us to acurately determined your prescription
